FAQs and Spa Policies

Please review our frequently asked questions and spa policies ahead of your appointment.

  • Where should I start as a new client?
    We recommend starting with an in-person consultation or our first time client facial. These both offer an in-depth review of your skin concerns and goals along with your lifestyle. We'll be able to recommend a specific and customized skincare treatment plan and products to use in between treatments. We'll also make recommendations on lifestyle and diet adjustments.
  • Where should I park?
    Parking is behind the building off of Berry Street. We have assigned parking, labeled "Bar Di Bellezza Parking Only." The main entrance is at the front of the building.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash.
  • Can I bring kids to my appointment?
    We want this time to be exclusively for you to unwind and enjoy your treatment! For the safety and enjoyment of you and fellow spa guests, we kindly ask that you do not bring kids to your appointment.
  • Cancellation Policy
    Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show.
